• To withdraw fund, you can put a request from our HENSEX securities website or trading platform.
• You can also use our back office portal called Hisab-Kitab for fund pay-out request.
• We process withdrawal requests from all our clients at 9:00 AM every trading day.

Linking bank accounts: At Hensex we accept payment in client trading accounts through below routes:

1) Net-Banking/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS:
We facilitate this through virtual banking integration through e-CMS. You just need to add beneficiary using your client code in the following way:

2) ATOM Payment Gateway:
Through direct payment gateway, the client can transfer their funds online through the Payment Link inbuilt in our Hensex Web & Hensex Wave trading platforms.

3) UPI Payment Facility:
Clients can also transfer their funds through UPI payment transfer facility available at our Website.

HENSEX securities offers its client (Basic brokerage plan) to place order by Call & Trade which will be charged Rs. 20 (excluding GST) per order while placed through phone.Call & Trade service is Free for users who opted Premium /Advance brokerage plan.

Demat transaction charges are Rs. 25/- per scrip (excluding GST).

To change your brokerage plan you can send us an email from the registered email ID with a subject line “Change my Brokerage plan” to csupport@hensex.com. Please mention your name and your UCC (Client Code) in the email. Request for changing brokerage plans will be processed with in week, during the business days.

• Salary statements form the last six months.
• Latest Income Tax Return filed.
• Bank statement for the last six months.

Yes, it is a mandatory requirement form SEBI in order to conduct electronic transactions.

For Bank account proof please provide us a cancelled cheque. The cancelled cheque must contain the following.
• Your name
• Bank’s IFSC code
• Your bank account number
• MICR

Note: For dealing in derivatives, you have to share 6 months.

To change the registered physical address with your account please submit physical KYC MODIFICATION form along with a valid address proof.
